The Idea: To have fun while using MS Paint (notorious for being hard to create photos in) to create the most funny/skilled/whatever picture to win prizes!
Wars: Where you can submit pictures for predetermined prizes. I will give the guidlines on what I'm looking for and you make your pictures with those guidlines.
Polls: I will make a bracket of each picture, where your peers can vote on which they like the best. It is single elimination so get all your friends on to up your vote count! Winner takes all!
